Frank’s strengths lie in locating properties that have the ability to create cash flow & equity through a “value add” approach. With access to many tools, he is able to analyze rent rolls & projections to stabilize buildings & create instant equity. He is also able to suggest creative finance options to ensure ease of entry & project a successful exit strategy.

Amanda excels in the construction realm, specializing in meticulous attention to detail to craft contemporary and chic spaces that optimize usable square footage. With proficiency in managing maintenance requests, as well as overseeing the construction and landscaping clients, she brings a comprehensive approach to project management. She has a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
