With over two decades of experience in construction and finance, Matthew Loebsack brings a comprehensive background to real estate. He grew up in a third-generation general contracting business with a 65-year legacy and holds a degree in Business from Florida State University, majoring in Real Estate with a minor in Finance.

His professional career includes experience as a Loan Officer and a Personal/Small Business Banker at Wachovia/Wells Fargo. He later managed residential, commercial, and industrial loan resolutions as an Asset Recovery and Foreclosure Manager at Unity Bank, followed by a tenure as an AVP Senior Credit Analyst at Merchants Bank.

Since obtaining his real estate license in 2019, Matthew has facilitated millions of dollars in residential and commercial transactions while managing his own property portfolio. In addition to his real estate work, he is a successful entrepreneur, having significantly expanded several local businesses, including an auto repair operation that has grown to two locations under his management.
